How many restaurants does CCR have?
We have seven great dining choices:
Do the hotel rooms have:
Alarm clocks?
Yes, and wake up service available through the hotel operator.

Cable TV?
Yes, we offer CBS, PBS, UPN, ABC, WB Network, The Weather Channel, FOX, WTBS - Superstation, NBC, Nintendo, pay per view movies and up-to-date road conditions.

Coffee pots?
When you stay in the North or Casino Tower you receive a free packet of coffee for each night. Coffee makers are available in the Sky Tower upon request.

Cribs?
Yes, at no additional cost.

Additional beds?
Yes, there is a charge per night.

Hair dryers?
All rooms have hair dryers.

Irons/Ironing boards?
Irons and ironing boards are available in every room.

Hearing Impaired rooms?
Yes.

Refrigerators?
Yes, there is limited availability and there is a charge per night.

Laundry Facilities?
Same day laundry and dry cleaning service is available.

Pool?
Coming in 2008.

Microwaves or stoves?
No.

Safes?
Safety deposit boxes are available at the casino cage and front desk.

TDD/TTY devices?
Yes, available at the front desk and on select pay phones.

Wheelchair accessible rooms?
Yes.

Wheelchairs?
Availability is very limited and based on a first come first serve. If a wheelchair is available there is a required deposit. Please contact the Bell Desk for further information. If it is pertinent that you have a wheelchair we suggest you bring your own.

Strollers?
No.
What is the charge for more than 2 adults in a room?
Hotel room rates are for 1 or 2 adults in a room. Each additional occupant 13 years and older is $10.00 per night plus tax. Washoe County room tax is 13.5%.
How do I reach a hotel guest?
You can reach a hotel guest by dialing the hotel directly at 775-329-0711.
What is the gambling age?
The gambling age is 21 and valid identification is required.
How old do you have to be to check into the hotel?
Because CCR is a gaming establishment you must be 21 to check in to a room.
Do you have childcare?
We do not provide childcare, but there are several licensed and bonded services listed in the phone book. Many advertise their services as available seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
What is your hotel cancellation policy?
We require a 48 hour notice prior to your arrival date for a full refund.
Do you allow pets in the hotel?
Pets, with the exception of assistance animals, are not allowed in the hotel. However, we do have a Dog Kennel available on property.
How may I receive a fax at the hotel?
CCR has a fax number at the Front Desk, it is 775-328-9652. There is a fee to send or receive a fax.
Do you provide transportation to and from the airport?
Yes, we have an airport shuttle.

The first shuttle leaves the hotel at 5:00 a.m.
The last shuttle leaves the hotel at midnight.
Shuttles run from the hotel every half hour on the hour and half hour.

The first shuttle leaves the airport at 5:15 a.m.
The last shuttle leaves the airport at 15 minutes after midnight.
Shuttles run from the airport every half hour on the quarter hour.
Do you have workout facilities?
Yes, we have a new facility, including strength training and aerobic equipment.

What is the average temperature in Reno?
Winter (December - February) - 50°
Spring (March - May) - 72°
Summer (June - August) - 86°
Fall (September - November) - 55°

All temperatures are given in Fahrenheit.
Does CCR have a wedding chapel?
Yes. The Chapel of the Sierra is a full service chapel to meet all of your wedding plans. We can also accommodate wedding receptions in our convention center, whether you're planning a party for 60 or 600. Please contact Farida Rasid at 775-328-9617 for more information.
Does CCR have parking?
Yes, we have over 3,000 free covered parking spaces. Free covered valet parking is also available.
What do the rooms look like?
ALL ROOMS: Are very tastefully decorated in a Turn of the Century Circus theme. Every room has its own television inside an armoire, equipped with basic Network Television and an in-room Pay-Per-View movie system with a Video Check Out option, coffee makers along with one complimentary bag of coffee per day, and a radio/alarm clock. Telephones are equipped with a data port. Each room also comes standard with door dead bolts, blackout curtains, shower/tub combination (does not apply to all accessible, deluxe, and some suites), an individual climate controlled heating and air conditioning unit and a writing table with chairs.
Do the rooms have a bathtub or a shower?
The rooms have a bathtub and shower combination with the exception of some accessible rooms which have a roll-in shower.
