Along the lines of the ever-popular Winemaker dinners, The Steakhouse at Circus is stepping into new territory by presenting "Dine with the Brewmaster."
Circus Reno Executive Chef Darrin McKillip worked closely with Terrence Sullivan, brewmaster at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. to create a diverse and exciting 5-course dining experience.
The menu includes pairings such as Flat Iron Steak with smoked Portobello mushrooms served with Sierra Nevada Porter. There is even an interesting dessert paring of Tiramisu served with Sierra Nevada Stout.
No-host cocktails will begin at 5:30 p.m., with the first course of dinner served at 6:30 p.m. Brewmaster Terrance Sullivan will be on hand to talk about Sierra Nevada beers throughout the dinner. Guests will be able to purchase Sierra Nevada Brews at a discount, and will have the opportunity to win beer, logo merchandise and dining certificates.
